QLD Community Dollars Application Form

If you would like to get involved in the QLD Community Dollars program, complete the below Application Form and submit.

Once your application has been received and approved, group members and other customers will be able to select your nominated not-for-profit charity/organisation via the myDrakes app. Encourage your group members to download the myDrakes app and select your organisation – every time they scans their phone when making a purchase in any Drakes Supermarket, and for every dollar spent, one cent will be accredited to your not-for-profit charity/organisation.
