A delicious and super speedy meal for a Saturday night – thanks MAGGI!

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes

400g chicken thigh fillets, fat trimmed and cut into strips
1 pkt MAGGI Beef Stroganoff recipe base
1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped
1 onion sliced
1/2 green capsicum
1/2 red capsicum
10 soft flour tortillas
spray oil for cooking

1. Coat the chicken in the MAGGI recipe base and set aside.

2. Heat your frying pan and spray with oil. Add the chicken and chilli (if desired) and fry until cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and keep warm.

3. Heat the frying pan and spray with oil again, add the onion and capsicum and fry for 4 minutes.

4. To make the fajitas, place 3-4 chicken pieces in a wrap and add onions and capsicum. You can personalise your fajitas by adding extras such as sour cream, salsa or guacamole. Fold your wrap to enclose and serve.
