Wattle Valleys Meatball Salad Sub Wrap

500g Premium Beef Mince
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Spring Onion thinly chopped
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg lightly beaten
Pack of Wattle Valley Wraps
1 pack of Rainbow Fresh Sweet Mix
BBQ or Tomato Sauce
Grated Cheese
2 Tomatoes diced
2 Cucumbers thinly sliced


  1. In a medium size bowl add Mince, spring onion, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, egg, salt, and pepper
  2. Using your hands, combine well
  3. Make balls using a teaspoon of meat.
  4. Heat canola oil spray in pan, add meatballs and cook until brown, turning meatballs often
  5. Once cooked, take out of pan, and set aside
  6. Dice up the Tomato and slice cucumber and place in bowls
  7. Lay out the wrap on a plate
  8. Top with the sweet mix, cucumber, and tomato
  9. Place some of the meatballs on the wrap
  10. Top with the grated cheese
  11. Drizzle some of either the Tomato or BBQ sauce on top
  12. Fold the wrap to enclose the filling
  13. Eat and Enjoy
